Before Instagram stories, texts, or Facetimes, the postcard was our status update. A physical sentiment, tied to a place or a moment in time. Picked up from corner shops, train stations, and seaside stands - people sent them from every trip, sometimes across town. A little something to say, "I'm thinking of you," "Look where I've been," or "This was too cute, I just had to sent it." 

And even though time and technology have moved on, the feeling behind them never really disappeared. There's still something special about seeing handwriting, about holding a note that's traveled miles just to find you.
