We appreciate you shopping with Giltee and hope you love what you bought!  If you need to return or exchange an item, don't worry! Returns and exchanges are free and easy! Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as quick and smooth as possible to get you exactly what you want. Unworn and unwashed merchandise* is accepted within 30 days of receiving your online order and 14 days for items purchased at markets and events.  

***HOLIDAY SHOPPING***
We are extending our return/ exchange policy to take away any stress when shopping with us this holiday season. All unworn and unwashed items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 25, 2023 are eligible for a return or exchange through January 31, 2024. 

***HOW TO START A RETURN/ EXCHANGE***
If you need to return or exchange your apparel for any reason, please follow the steps below.

1. Log into your account and request a return. You can also email us at info@giltee.com. Make sure you include your order number so we can quickly expedite your request. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or at the top right of your packing slip.
2. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
3. After we process your request, we will email you a return shipping label. Please attach it to the package.
3. Drop off the package to your nearest carrier location.
4. We'll issue your refund or exchange once we approve your return.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip, or order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at info@giltee.com and send your item to: 2625 S Greeley Street #107, Milwaukee, WI 53207.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2625 S Greeley Street #107, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Please pack your order with care.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
