RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thanks for shopping with Giltee! We hope you love what you bought! If it’s not quite right, returns and exchanges are free and easy. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your online order or 14 days of purchase at markets and events. School Spirit Wear and other custom orders are excluded.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING
Unworn, unwashed items purchased between October 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026 are eligible for return or exchange through January 30, 2027. School Spirit Wear and custom-order exclusions still apply.

NEED TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Log in to your customer account, select your order, and choose “Request a return” for eligible items. For an exchange, include the size or item you’d like in the request notes.

Prefer email? Contact info@giltee.com with your order number, found in your confirmation email or packing slip.

Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Securely pack your items, attach the label, and drop off your package at the carrier. We’ll issue your refund or exchange after reviewing your return.
