COLLABORATION
GILTEE + BIG WHITE YETI

Two Milwaukee brands living life on Central Time
Sometimes the best collaborations come from simply living life on Central Time. Giltee and Big White Yeti have spent years side-by-side at local markets, swapping stories, celebrating wins, navigating the behind-the-scenes chaos of small business life, and cheering each other on through the ups and downs. Over time, that respect grew into an easy friendship built on a shared belief that Milwaukee makes some truly cool stuff.
Meet the Central Time Social Club and Central Time Basement Bar candles.
These two beauties your new go-to for gifting, gathering, and grounding yourself in that slow-down Midwest moment. Light the candle, pour your favorite drink, and sink into that dim-lit, wood-paneled basement bar vibe. It’s the ultimate gift: the Central Time Basement Bar Starter Kit, where cozy nights begin and memories are waiting to happen. Both candles are now available at giltee.com, lovingly made by two Milwaukee businesses who believe in community, connection, and quality. The candles smell incredible (no surprise if you already know how Big White Yeti does it), and every purchase supports two small, independent brands. Take a behind-the-scenes look at how the magic happens—then go grab your Central Time candles and make your space feel like home.
The story of this collaboration
In this community, you get to know the people behind the brand: the long hours, the wild ideas, the problem-solving, the hustle, the heart. That’s where this collaboration was born—not in a conference room, but in conversations between two Milwaukee makers who just genuinely enjoy creating together. What started as a simple “we should do something someday” turned into a “wait… let’s actually do this.”
So we ran with it. Two Milwaukee brands, one Central Time mindset, and a whole lot of enthusiasm later, the collab you didn’t know you needed came to life (or maybe you’re that awesome and you totally saw this coming). We set out to make one product together… and naturally ended up making two because the process was that fun.
